A few questions you may have.
Is this for a home inside an existing mobile-home park?
Yes. This service focuses on installing a manufactured home in an existing park space. Private-land projects have different site and utility requirements. Tell us which type of project you’re planning so we can guide you to the right service.
What affects the installation price?
Your home’s dimensions and section count, park requirements, access, utility readiness, finishes, steps, skirting, and awning selections can affect the price. We’ll put your specific scope and assumptions in writing rather than treat every home as the same project.
How should I compare installation estimates?
Look at what each price includes: permits and fees, delivery support, setup, utility connections, finishes, steps, skirting, cleanup, and project coordination. Also ask how you’ll receive updates and how changes are handled. A clear scope helps you compare the work and the experience, not just the total.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We offer permit and inspection coordination as part of our installation scope. Your estimate explains the applicable plans, included fees, and limits. Park approval and agency requirements still need to be confirmed for your project.
Will I need to visit the site to know what’s happening?
Your customer portal lets you view the updates, photos, videos, documents, and invoices we share remotely. We’ll also explain when we need a decision or information from you. Some decisions or site reviews may still need your participation.
Can you promise an installation or move-in date?
We’ll discuss timing and the dependencies that affect it, including home delivery, park readiness, permits, and inspections. Dates need to be coordinated for your specific project. Contact us to discuss current scheduling.
